Portland, OR – Oregon’s U.S. Senator Jeff Merkley on March 7 will hold town halls in Marion and Clackamas counties.
Actualizará a los electores sobre su trabajo en Washington, DC, responderá sus preguntas e invitará sus sugerencias sobre cómo abordar los desafíos que enfrentan Oregón y Estados Unidos.
“Hearing from Oregonians across the state is critical to doing my job,” dijo Merkley. “Whether it’s getting disaster aid for winegrowers in the Willamette Valley whose grapes were damaged by wildfire smoke, or saving Timber Lake and other Civilian Conservation Corps, or fighting to preserve the promise of DACA for our state’s Dreamers, the ideas and priorities I hear about in town halls inform the solutions that I fight to get into federal law. I look forward to these discussions about how we can strengthen our state and our nation.”
Since joining the Senate in 2009, Merkley has held a town hall in each of Oregon’s 36 counties every year. These town halls will be his 418el and 419el como senador de los EE.UU. Los detalles están abajo.
