Oregon U.S. Senator Jeff Merkley visits Central Oregon holding two town halls on Sunday.
The public was invited to attend the town halls taking place in both Bend and Madras.
Senator Merkley took questions from the packed room at COCC, discussing a wide range of topics from Medicaid, the local housing crisis to issues overseas.
The Senator also took some time to spotlight the High Desert Museum, presenting a flag and thanking the executive director and founder’s wife their hard work.
