Washington D.C.— U.S. Senators Ron Wyden and Jeff Merkley today announced a federal investment of $993,266 from the Ley de Infraestructura Bipartidista for airport safety improvements at Siletz Bay State Airport in Lincoln County.
“Maintaining and improving our existing infrastructure is crucial for Oregon, and it’s what the Ley de Infraestructura Bipartidista is all about,” dijo Wyden. “I’m gratified to see this investment in Lincoln County for Oregonians and small businesses that depend on safe, efficient travel to enhance livability and boost local economies.”

This investment from the Ley de Infraestructura Bipartidista was provided by the Federal Aviation Administration for the Oregon Department of Aviation for runway safety improvements at the airport in Gleneden Beach.
