Merkley Implores Biden to Stop Republican Hostage Taking on the Deficit by Invoking 14th Amendment

Republicans are trying to make the rich even richer and flood the country with fossil fuels while dangling our economy over a cliff. President Biden needs to stop Republican hostage taking and prepare to invoke the 14th Amendment to do so.
