(Originally posted February 25th, 2020) – A little girl was held in detention. Despite having approval to live with her family, she was never informed she had family who wanted her. After 6 years she chose to be deported, not knowing the truth. Today I pressed Secretary Azar on her case and the plight of children who fall victim to Trump’s cruelty.
